Elena - Fine Art Print

Fine art print using archival pigments. This print, is 51x41 cm, inclusive of mount. The original painting was a commission for a family member.

Elena, was a survivor of Ravensbrück and Sachsenhausen concentration camps during WWII. She was captured during the Warsaw uprising and detained as a Polish political prisoner of war.

She survived the camps and eventually made her way to the UK with her husband and their first child. They came to Wales and both entered the teaching profession, in Monmouth and Abergavenny.
